The First Ashra of Ramadan: A Period of Mercy (رحمت) 🌙✨
Ramadan is divided into three Ashras (10-day segments), each carrying a special significance. The first Ashra (1st to 10th Ramadan) is known as the Ashra of Mercy (رحمت), a time when Allah’s blessings and mercy descend upon His believers.
📜 Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:
“The first part of Ramadan is mercy, the middle part is forgiveness, and the last part is freedom from the Hellfire.” (Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah)

يَا رَحْمٰنُ ارْحَمْنِي
“O Most Merciful, have mercy on me.”
💡 Acts to Perform in the First Ashra
✅ Increase in Salah (prayers) and Dhikr (remembrance of Allah).
✅ Read and reflect upon the Quran to gain spiritual guidance.
✅ Help the poor and perform charity (Sadaqah).
✅ Make dua abundantly, seeking Allah’s mercy and kindness.
✅ Control anger, bad habits, and negative thoughts.
