What is Azkar? And why do we read Azkar?

Azkar and Dua (Supplications) is for remembrance of Allah. Dua is the personal act of calling upon Allah (SWT) for guidance, help, or blessings. Azkar is important as it protect us from evil and devil , protect all types of evil including black magic, devil or envy etc.
Allah SWT said :
“And your Lord says, ‘Call upon Me; I will respond to you.’”
(Quran 40:60)

Morning and Evening Azkar

The most important thing around the world for mslims is morning and evening azkar. Our beloved Prophet (P.B.U.H) told us about the morning and evening dua’s that we must say every day.
Morning Dua and Azkar

The morning has come to me and the whole universe belongs to Allah, the Lord of the worlds, O Allah, I ask of you the good of the day, it’s success and aid and it’s nur (celestial light) and barakaat (blessings) and seek hidayah (guidance) and seek refuge from the evil in it (this day) and from the evil of that which is to come later.

    (Hisn from Abu Dawood)

  2. No you might ask, Can I do zikar  at sunrise? And the answer is yes, and here is what you should say:

All praise be to Allah who has forgiven us today and not destroyed us due to our sin.

     (Muslim)
